You could say a lot about this building: it's a narcissistic ego trip. It's overtly space age. It looks like it's the house of the next James Bond villain. True. True. True. It's all that. But that's no reason to dislike it. It's also a spectacular building.
Zaha Hadid's office designed this private house in the Barvikha forrest near Moscow for some rich Russian. The building has a base that blends in with the surrounding sloping hillside, and three heads sticking out of the trees, offering spectacular views of the surroundings. It looks like a crossing between a ski-jump and a three-headed monster, making a definitely unique house.
